Pity there is not even a half star or no star because this is what they qualify for!
Travelled with them 04/01/2026
1) Upon arrival the bus was ancient I mean literally a dinosaur, no charging point, no aircon, no toilet etc. Needless to say, it wasn't even allowed to enter Park Station because it was not up to standard. It rained on the highway, and the bus floor was wet inside. Decided to eat my padkos and I had to fight off a few ****roaches. There were even mosquitoes onboard.
2) The bus had to turn back to collect passengers that refused to board the bus prior - we lost about 1 hour or more travelling time. Many passengers where stressed because on a Sunday public transport stops at a certain time. Our ETA was supposed to be 4.00pm. I boarded the bus at 8.45am and arrived home at 7.45pm. Most of us paid more than R400 for a ticket and this is what we were met with.
3) The lack of communication with the driver was shocking, he just spoke up there in the air and followed instructions from his superiors telephonically.
4) You cannot run a business and play with people's lives. I know well enough owners and CEO's of this company will catch flights and not busses. Let's reverse rolls and tell me Eagle Liner would you want to sit and travel in your own bus? Yet you reap the fruits of your passengers' MONEY!
How you sleep at night is a mystery to me! But I promise you this there is a God!
