Absolutely Terrible

Absolutely terrible experience! Seats are so close to each other, your knees press in against the metal on seat in front of you and had to travel 25 hours in excruciating pain. No fresh air, charge ports does not work, extremely hot and at times reckless driving from the driver. Driver were very biased(the mark the real word with ***), only explaining things in his own language while looking you straight in the eyes, and had to keep asking other passengers what he were saying. As we drove through the night, driver kept playing music that made it even worse to try and sleep(as if a person could sleep due to the extreme pain from metal pushing into your knees and back pain due to uncomfortable seating) Had a breakdown(I understand fully these things happen) and had to wait 6 hours for another bus to come pick us up, but no clear communication from drivers. Luggage seal were broken and some of my equipment and camera were ******. Tried calling call center, but message say there is currently no agents in call center!

This bus company does not even deserve 1 star!
