Absolute ******* Service!

I made a booking on Computicket and successfully paid for a bus ticket. Upon boarding I was told my name does not appear on Eagle Liner systems for some reason. Out of fear of being left by the bus I bought another ticket directly with Eagle Liner. Now they do not want to refund me for THEIR system issue. Both payments went off my account and have been chasing down a refund for 1 MONTH but no one is willing to ASSIST. Absolute ******* Service!
