5 hour delay

On the 01st of April 2015, i was travelling to Harare from Johannesburg. The bus was supposed to leave Park Station at 19:00hrs but we only left on the 2nd of April at 12:05 in the morning. The customer care consultants kept telling us that the bus was 15mins away whenever we called them. I have more than 300 contacts on my Facebook account and twitter and most of them travel on your buses. I will make sure they know about your horrible service..
