This is honestly a terrible experience. The bus is filthy, with food crumbs all over the seats. The seats are also extremely uncomfortable and do not recline or adjust at all, making it difficult to sit comfortably during the journey.

For passengers who have to sit on a bus for hours, cleanliness and basic comfort should be a minimum requirement. This is very disappointing, and I definitely would not recommend Eagleliner based on this experience.
