If I could give 0 stars I could. I booked a ticket for a bus leaving at 01:40am. We waited for more than 2 hours the bus didn’t arrive. Tried contacting them no answer. Eventually had to return home. Phoned the next day to enquire. After numerous calls and WhatsApp’s since 08:00 they eventually phoned back at 11:18 to say that we can not get a refund or reschedule because they sent an sms to state that the bus would be delayed. We never received an sms and the agent was very rude and only relaying the message. I would not recommend them at all
