Worst Experience with Zweli

I actually had the worst experience buying a vehicle from this dealership. The Sales Executive, Zwelibanzi, could not keep to his word and simple requests such as the delivery time of the vehicle was even an issue. So much so, that the DP had to jump in and take over the deal from him. Now, post delivery of the vehicle, i am struggling to get the money i am supposed to get back from them from my trade in. They are also not settling my vehicle yet and the promises to settle a personal loan as agreed has also not been done - the original settle amounts need to be requested again as they have expired. Guess who needs to pay the additional interest charges?! If you are thinking of buying a vehicle from here, please think again - they might offer good service until they get you to take your vehicle, but dont expect any service or even a simple response after that.
