Faulty Ford Focus ST

I bought a brand new ford focus ST in November last year (2014) from eagle corner ford in Johannesburg, I have had nothing but countless problems with the car & the dealership seems to care less about my problem. I have also involved ford SA which also seems to be dragging their feet on this matter because they telling me one story after the other and till today my car problems are not resolved. I had a problem with my rear left light on the vehicle which was loose and making a funny noise, my car had to be booked in 3 times in attempt to fix my light, the fourth time I asked to speak to the service manager who then had my light replaced. Then I had a scary vibration every time I switched my air conditioner, it was as if the car was cutting off. I then took my car back to eagle corner for inspection, to my surprise I was told they couldn't find anything wrong with the vehicle. The vibration got worse and when I took in again the replaced my engine mount, which when I asked why they replaced and engine mount on the new car the told me it was a factory fault.as I write this complaint I have been to ford 4 times with a rattle that they can't sort out, I WILL NEVER BUY A FORD<br>
