Excellent staff at Eagle Ford,

<p>I had the worst time of my life, but Fords staff was there for me,</p> <p> I had to come to Johannesburg because of death in my familly. I stay in bela bela. I also had some electrical problem with my Ford Figo 2015 that was caused by a company that installed a remote locking system in my car. On my way to JHB i stopped at the company so that they can fix the problem, Instead they cut off the cars feul cut off system and my car could not even start any more. I was so stressed as i had to organise the funeral and i am stuck in JHB and my car is broken through *********** staf from the compony. I had to phone AA to tow my car in to Eagle Ford. I met Cindy Voges (cindy.voges@eagleford) the Service Advisor at eagle ford, she and the team at Ford went the Distance for me. They did not just fix the problem on my car they walked a distance with me. Michelle ********** helped me with a courtesy car. there was no courtesy cars available but she didnt give up she phoned around and got me a car on the end of the day so that i could do the arrangements for the funeral while my car was worked on by Hendrik ********** Thecnical Mechanic he did an amazing job. and then i have to mention Cassie ********** for assisting me in sorting out the financial side of fixing my car. i am so proud to say i bought my car at Eagle Ford just because of the staff and there competency. if it wasent for you Eagle Ford i would not of made it trough that week.</p> <p>Thank You Eagle Ford </p> <p>You say All we promise is more, thats so True.</p>
