Eagle Ford Corlett Drive

<p>About 3 months ago I bought a brand new Ford Figo. In this time I have had to take it in twice. First to get the back door fixed because it wouldn't close. Second time was to get the radio fixed because the CD player didn't work. When I collected my car the second time I noticed that my head phones and hand lotion was missing. I reported this to the service advisor. He said he would check and get back to me. I called many times and left many messages but he has never gotten back to me. This was three weeks ago. I also sent an email with no reply. I know a Ford Figo is a cheaper car but does this warrant bad service. And the head phones and lotion may not be expensive but that doesn't warrant being ******. Theft is theft.</p>
