cant resolve a simple blue tooth issue 5 requests

Can not repair a simple blue tooth issue after complaining of crackling sound. would not recommend this dealership as they simply do not understand the product they sell. They are more then happy to sell a substandard product, and then not follow up. useless after sale service.
