3 months & still incomplete repairs

Can I have my car back or do I need to report it ****** by Eagle corner? My Ford Ranger (HH68PXGP) has been “in your shop for more than 3 months… I regret bringing my car there. I lost over R90k in business over your inconsideration and incompetence!

I have to beg for feedback and none of the promises have been kept on its readiness. I even doubt you’re capable of the engine replacements. My only option is to involve law enforcement to getting my car back.
