No feedback after multiple requests for a quotation

On two separate days phoned this company for a quote on an item repair on an older E46 BMW. On day one I spoke to an administrative employee and she said they would get back to me. When I followed up after getting no response on day two I was forwarded to a senior person by the name of Eugene. He asked for some information which I forwarded to him.

Nobody ever got back to me after that interaction at all.

I thought this company was a professional outfit. It was recommended to me as the best. Not getting back with a simple quotation or update at all is not professional. I would not recommend them to anyone.
