Bad customer service
I am very upset with the service I received. Firstly the car was repaired without my consent, I only wanted a quote. Secondly upon receiving the car back after having to pay the repairs that was already done, I discovered that my full service booklet was not in the vehicle. I asked the owner of eagle auto where the booklet was he immediately had an attitude and said rudely and I quote "what the **** would I do with the booklet". After I asked what he did with my booklet he then said **** you and walked away.

My Go To Garage
For any car issues such as servicing, repairs, paint, electrical faults, etc. my place to go to is definitively Auto Eagle in Valhalla. In my opinion, their workmanship, quality, pricing, INTEGRITY and HONESTY is unsurpassed in the motor industry (I've been dealing with garages since the 70ties). Everybody that I've referred to them came back smiling. Taking your vehicle there, you know it is in good hands. Above all, they are all very friendly and helpful.
