Sell Broken Cars & Bad Service.

I bought a car at the dealership in August 2018 on a Saturday. Soon as I left the dealership the car had harming sound in the gearbox & other faults I spotted. Reported the issues same time to the salesperson & he advised me to bring back the car on Monday to be checked out.

When I brought in the car on Monday, I was told I must fix it myself since they gave me discount on the car. I told the person that what she telling is not the agreement I had with the owner. The next thing I know it, the car keys & papers were thrown outside their shop telling me that it's my car. So I decided to cancel the deal since I bought the car cash & it was well within my cool off period if I don't want the car to cancel.

The bad service & treatment I got from them made me to cancel the contract. Now I'm fighting a battle to get my money back from them. As they want to charge me 10/11% for cancellation fee. I've reported them to "Ombudsman", the case has been going for almost 6 months after purchase & still is.

Now while I was browsing on the net where they put the AD for the car last year. This year 2019 it showed they already sold the car & still refusing to refund me my full amount when I contacted them. Which means whatever they refusing to give me, it's money they used to repair that broken car.

So believe it or not, this dealership is a no go area. You will be lucky if you get good service & your car is in well shape.
