Poor service from the dealership

Hello Peter,Good day Tasneem

Kindly take note that I bought the car in January 25 and it was handed to me on the 07th January 2025 and it was given to me without a service book but only a service paper. O started experiencing problems on the 09th January 2025 with the warning sign showing on the dash board panel. I made you (Jo-Anne) and Tasneem aware about it via WhatsApp of which I do have proof of communication. Then on the 09 February 2025 the air-con heater was not working only the cold air was blowing inside the car when the air-con was utilised. Which all these communication was made through WhatsApp for the car to be fixed but I received not from your organisation. On the 22nd April 2025 I experienced problems with leakage of a coolant from the cooling system bottle whereby I bought anti-freeze out of my pocket to refill it which I believe maybe the least that could've done was for me to be called so that the can can be checked what could be the problem.

Then Friday 25th April 2025 late to be precise at about 17h00 I had a breakdown where the gears were not working properly and there was a knocking sound coming from the engine which I took a video and sent to you (Jo-Anne) as requested. My greatest fear is that the car was not even starting at all, I was a bit far away from home at cost which I had to pay from my own pocket for the car to be towed. Then on the 26th April 2025 I towed the car to EAE Motors dealership at my own expenses of which Jo-Anne told me via WhatsApp that the Dealer ***ner) cannot accept the car as I bought the car 3 months back and I have my warranty through ABSA. He said I need to contact ABSA to fix the problem I had at hand with regards to the car but I refused cause I was already near the Dealership and the car was towed from Sasolburg to Vereeniging which about 25km's roughly. I asked about the contract regarding unsatisfactory clients experiencing timois problems with a purchase made what does it say cause when you buy products and not happy about it there is 7 days money back guarantee of which o was not answered. The Dealer is supposed to be at liberty to disclose regarding that to a client. Dean the workshop Manager diagnosed the car and said is a high knock sensor and it will be fixed in just 2 hours then they will deliver the car as soon as they're done. He (Dean) gave me a call round about 12h00 changing his story all of a sudden saying I have over revved the car that's why it doesn't want to start and I don't understand how is that possible. Initially when diagnosed the car could not pick that up after the hours he talked about fixing the car he came back with an altered story. Then you told me that EAE Motors won't be responsible to fix the car anymore as the mileage on the vehicle is 9376 km which I feel that unfairly treated as is hardly 3 months since I have purchased a vehicle it has not been taken for a service because it was not even die for a service, to my understanding the car is takes for a service every 15 000 km. With all this issues I have highlighted I feel that I have been hardly do by EAE Motors cause I will be paying the car for 6 years and I am experiencing problems within 3 months of purchase, what's more coming my way regarding car issues. Hence I am taking a decision to cancel this deal with EAE Motors dealership with immediate effect as it's within my rights because I have not received a good service from the beginning. I am just sending this communication to you because I am not satisfied with my car and move for cancellation with immediate, I will be waiting for your response regarding this matter and I would prefer that my matter be resolved spontaneously. I thank you in advance.

Regards;
