PLease Help. Stay Away From This Dealership

I contacted Eae Sales person on on 22 August 2022 looking to purchase a Nissan NV350,she sent me pictures of the vehicle and from seeing them i approved and told her to proceed. On t6he 25th of August she then told me to come collect and i went on the 26th the following day. after signing everything they closed the store at 12pm till 2pm for prayer and told me the vehicle was still in the shop being fixed i should wait. Then at 2 when they opened the vehicle wasn't there, they started making calls to see where it was and they said it was still being fixed, it ended up arriving 2hrs later 4pm. on my way back to Limpopo i noticed the engine light was on and the passenger door light was on. I called them they said its just a minor problem. On the 19th i contacted them and told them there are more problems with the vehicle and the referred me to get it checked and see what the problem was. I went to Nissan in Lephalale and a AutoElectrician and they gave me diagnostic reports and quotations after fault tests and i sent them to EAE Motors. They insisted i bring the vehicle in for repairs. i told them i don't want the vehicle repair because of how extremely defective it was and that i would prefer a refund. They kept insisting to repair it and i continued to refuse. On 4 October i took the vehicle back to EAE Motors and they said they couldn't help me because the person that can is on leave. They just kept giving me the run arounds. They admitted the lady was wrong for sending me wrong pictures to deceive me into liking the vehicle
