EAE is a no go area

I bought a car with EAE early January, i then realised that the tyres were worn out…. The lovely sales person (Lerize) said I should buy the tyres and bring the receipt so that they may reimburse me. Jhh I’mst as I was about to buy the tyres I called her to confirm and she said yes I should do that and that I should call Lou Ann, well I did that and Lou Ann **** me down saying that she will never refund me for my tyres.

If I new this was one of the hurdles I would have to pass through I wouldn’t have bought the vehicle from them. In fact I no longer want the car, I’m going to report the to the motor industry ombudsman . I am so mad right now
