Worst customer service ever!!!

<p>I was banned from one of there games, star wars galaxy if heroes for apparently abuse g an exploit that I wasn't even aware of till I read about it 2 days after I was banned. I have spent alot if money on in game purchases and just like that they take my game away. I am aware if the agreement I agreed to when I started playing however that agreement never said we can ban you for reason or we just do the give a **** about our customers and wont bother to investigate anything we will just ban you if we feel like it. I feel all these online companies don't actually play there own games do its easy to just take people's accounts away regardless if the time and money spent. Online gamers get less leniency than real ********* which is messed up. Anyway it's been almost a week since I wrote to ea games and no reply. Worst company ever!!! </p>
