Ea *****s money
I purchased a year subscription of ea play yesterday and downloaded eafc 26. However it was not compatible with my laptop. I then requested a refund and despite it clearly saying that users in south Africa have 14 days tondonsoni was told I am not eligible even though the purchase was mad a day ago. So I must loose a whole R600 ? No willingness from the consultant to understand or assist. Not even to say we will deduct the one month and refund balance. Just a straight no refund bye. Terrible service.
