Useless product

I purchased the new need for speed on ps4 and I not only do I disagree that it is an online only game it also doesn't work once u evemtually get into the game. It wont let me select the play option. It keeps saying internal error. This is absolutely horrible and stupid of them. Never will i buy another ea product again
