Origin Password already used

This is now the second game that I have bought of EA Games, which requires an Origin activation. Once you start installing and want to activate your game, it says that the activation code has already been used. EA Games is just plain pathetic when it comes to responding to complaints. When I bought Battlefield 3, I had the same problem. Up to now I have not heard a word from them.
