New game from EA not working, EA Support has been rude and no help

<p>I have bought a new game: Plants vs Zombies Garden warfare for PS4.</p> <p>The game keeps saying cannot connect to EA Server.</p> <p>I have contacted the EA support team 5 time, they all just keep sending my the same support links which does not solve my issue.</p> <p>The last consultant just ended the conversation.</p>
