EA Games Double Charging For Purchased Content

So I purchase Premium for Battlefield 4 and on the EA Battlelog it says it's active on both the ps3 and ps4. Perfect.<br> <br> However. Even though as visible as an active service on the ps3 it cannot be used. I contact EA games and explain the situation to them and in all understanding they try and help me. Only to receive an email this morning stating that it has to be purchased again to work on the ps3 console even though it's am active service already on the console itself and their own server as if because they can't figure out what the issue is they hide behind a corporate name trying to force you to give in and take more of your money like some sort of a corporate ****.<br> <br> Stating you cannot use the service on the ps3 and ps4 and that it has to be separately paid for. The downloadable content is then linked to the console and not your account and I have to pay again as they advertise the premium package on both the ps3 and ps4 stores. <br> <br> If it links to both consoles on their own site that means it should work on both that I the paying customer paid for, not to be told to pay again for a service I already own. <br>
