USELESS SUPPORT!

On your website you have a feature to submit queries/compliments/complaints... Do you ONLY respond to the compliments, the very few I'm sure you get as you DEFINITELY DO NOT respond to the queries or the complaints.<br> <br> I have left SEVERAL queries and haven't even had a hit of a return call email or acknowledgement...<br> <br> TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!
