Useless Friendly

Every month I struggle to access my account to see what I owe. I have written and lodged a complaint about them not sending out PDF statements and that their web account system do not make provision for mobile devices to access the PDF document! Yes I have the newest PDF software!<br> <br> They do not bother to help and every month my account is locked and I have start the whole process over... How the hell is this service useful!<br> <br> Useless idiots designed it....
