Too *********** to allocate payments

We paid our account in full on 6th June. AND after many phone calls and emails these people still gave NOT allocated the money to our account. They send termination notices they also lock up our electricity meter. They are so eager to f**k up a persons life but too *********** to allocate a payment. The President said that people who cannot do the job must be replaced so FIRE the ****** lot of them and get people who know what they are doing.
