Most useless help centre ever

<p>I have contacted the help centre on a number of occasions for the same problem which never gets resolved. Siyakhokha changed how Adobe presents account. Account statements can only be printed. So much for saving the trees. </p> <p>If you download a statement, no info is saved. I was then advised to save the document. I have the latest version of Adobe reader DC. the save icon is greyed out. So it cannot be selected. So it is impossible to save a document. </p> <p>This has been going on for close to two years already.</p>
