HOW DO WE GET HOLD OF ANYBODY THERE

<p>I called this morning, I was holding on for 35 minutes and was no 5 in the Q when I was cut off eventually. When I called back (dialing the same number ***) I spoke to Nomthanbazo Bavuma who immediately answered the call but said she could not transfer me. I have registered myself and my son on this site and have been paying our accounts online for a long time now. The website has changed but does not want to accept our passwords, I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES for the password to be reset - without any luck. I am holding on now for the 3rd time (same no) and I am now no 3 in the Q and AGAIN CUT OFF!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Can somebody get back to me and advise what is going on ***</p>
