Ekurhuleni Metro account

<p>My last account I received was on Mei 2016. I don`t get any account from them since. Not even online it shows my account for Mei 2016 as most recent after trying for 5 Hours just to get the website to work and show my account. The mobile app is even worse as it shows all my accounts but can`t view any of them as there system is offline. I have even went to there offices where they are not even able to assist me since Mei 2016 for an updated bill. So i pay as what i think the account is roughly and believe me if i pay a month a little short they have no problem sending me a final notice of outstanding amount. Wich i even go pay with the final notice amount.</p>
