I just called your contact number *** and I spoke to one of your employees by the name of EMMA. I have never received such a disgusting service, she was rude and unprofessional.

She didn’t want to hear what I had to say, I was calling out of frustration because of your app that hasn’t updated my payable amount. Instead of calming me down and explaining things properly, it’s sounded like she didn’t want to assist me with my query.

She told me not to raise my voice when I wasn’t, and she told me I wasn’t going to speak to her like that. Why would you allow people who have ZERO customer experience to speak to clients?????

I am disgusted, I cannot believe the level of customer service I just received – bottom of the barrel. Wow!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting, hire people that actually want to work. I am disgusted that such an unemployable individual is allowed to speak to customers to begin with.

I want an apology and I would recommend that you offer her training on customer service, that’s if you care about customer experience.
