Bad service

I requested more than four times to cancel all my recurring debit orders. I have had no response from any of my requests. I have laid an online complaint with no response. I am unable to get through to your call center. This is highly unprofessional! Remove/cancel all recurring debit orders from Siyakhokha, municipal account no *** with immediate effect.
