Terrible reliability for the price. Even worse product service.

If i could give this product zero stars i would.

The battery failed after only 2 years - and we used it only once a week and followed all their battery safety guidelines.

It's also difficult to understand how the battery can need replacement, as the last time we used it, it still worked the normal amount of time. It's almost as if it's programmed to be replaced one month after the warrantee expires regardless of it's actual health...

And good luck finding a replacement battery. They are not available online anywhere, not even Dyson's website. You can email them, then they will promise to ship you stock, but after 2 weeks i'm still asking them to follow up with me.

If you want to pay a ridiculous premium for a mediocre and unreliable product with almost no after-sales support - Dyson is the vacuum cleaner for you.
