Faulty after 3 weeks of use, waiting for collection for 23 days now

Do not buy a Dyson vacuum cleaner. Unit worked for 3 weeks. Reported the faulty unit with Dyson South Africa on 22 July 2024. Was informed that the unit will be collect for repair. Today 14 August, still not collected. Rather buy 15 vacuums from Builders
