Don't buy Dyson in South Africa!
I agree! The ABSOLUTE worst customer service. I have sent 6 emails of which only the first one was rep**** to. At this stage I have a very expensive white elephant on charge in me garage! I assume that I need to replace the battery but don't know where to go next.....
