Worst Appliance Repair Service In Cape Town

Never use this company.

Thanks to loadshedding both my Fridge and Ice Maker ended up being faulty. I arranged for Dynamic Appliance Repair to come onsite and attend to the problem. I was away for a few days and had a houseguest who gave them access.

They arrived and “fixed” the fridge. This cost me R2500. The repair was unsuccessful. The fridge continued with exactly the same problem. At the same visit they took my ice machine away, “repaired it” and brought it back a day later. This cost me “R1500”. The repaired unit worked for 2 hours before reverting to its original fault. The company claim to have a 6 month warranty on repairs. I called them and reported the continuing faults. They returned after 10 days and after another diagnosis told me I’d need to spend another R1700 to fix the fridge. I said “no”. They took the ice-maker away with them promising to return it once it was repaired.

That was the last I have seen or heard of them. Effectively, even though they've been paid in full for the original call outs, they have not repaired either of the units. They have thus effectively ****** my faulty ice maker and have not refunded any of the monies I paid over to them. All attempts to contact them and follow up with them are just ignored.
