Would Not Recommend
'Chris' carried out a repair that was not the one agreed upon - he fitted a 'new' motor without our consent. The motor used was not new - it was old, rusted and damaged. He also claimed a general service was done, which it wasn't. Our washing machine was also returned dented and with a ***** missing + with a new noise, no washing machine should make. Harassed for payment from the moment the machine was dropped off, before we'd even had a chance to test it. Accused of being ****** when we held back payment pending resolution. When we offered to return his parts and pay the callout fee, we were told to 'keep my money' and then blocked on WhatsApp.

Completely ***********!!!!!
Stay away!!! This company is incompetant, *************, and unreliable. Never received a quote! The door sensor was replaced which caused a short on the pc of the washing machine, and said it can't be fixed. Then they asked me how much is my budget!! The broken machine was never returned, and now I 'm being ghosted. They don't allow customers to go to their site, and only do house calls. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor service
I trusted the company to repair my refrigerator, I payed R2400 in cash for the service.. Even today the fridge is not fixed. I tried several times to get intouch with them, they give me empty promises. I went as far as asking for the refund so I could find somebody who can do the job. They now avoiding my calls.

Most ********* company
They charged me R2300.00 to fix my washing machine, immediately after the technician left the machine started having issues. Whilst the technician was here, he dropped the machine on the floor and kicked it back into place. I called the technician to let him know on Tuesday last week. He said he would send someone on Wednesday, no one arrived and he didn’t call to notify me. On Thursday he said he would send someone, no one arrived and he didn’t bother to call me. On Thursday evening I requested a refund, he refused to refund my money, he said he’d come over the weekend to fix the machine. I wasn’t available on Saturday. I video called Sunday morning to show him the issue, he said he’d send someone out on Sunday. Eventually at 12:00 I called him again, he said he’d send someone after 15:00 then it change to next week. He arrived on Monday morning after 10:00, inspected the machine and said it needed a door mechanism from Bosch, he needed to leave to get a specific part from Bosch. He didn’t come back, eventually I called him in the afternoon to ask if he was coming back, he said he was waiting to find out if Bosch had stock of the door mechanism. It’s a week later, he refuses to refund my money, I cannot get him to commit to fixing the machine in a timely manner. This man brings his son on-site with him, his son does not stay to assist his father, rather he patrols the property whilst his father is busy. He is rude, has no customer service insight and made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. Do not use them, he’ll fix your machine but damage it in a different way, causing you to call him back. If your machine breaks, you’ll be left without assistance and your money.

Unhappy customer
Chris from Dunamic Appliance repaired my chest freezer at quite a cost. It stopped working not even two weeks later. Not recommended.
