Rude, hostile, and very poor service.

The encounter was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. The worker's attitude was rude and hostile and we felt unsafe in our own home! We also had to clean the washing machine ourselves cause there were some parts they did not even look at to clean. They also asked for an extra R250 which was not agreed on beforehand, after I explicitly asked multiple times for a quote/price list, to which they told me it would only be R850.
