Disgusting Service from Durasec Installations, contractor of Outsurance

Very Disappointing!!!!! The company was sent by Outsurance to access a claim I put in with regards to my garage door motor, by my wife speaking to the accessor in a polite manner and smiles, on they report back to insurer they accussed my wife of trying to bribe the accessor to repair other garage, why would my wife do that if there is absolutely nothing wrong with the other garage, my humble request to anyone that reads this to please call me with regards on how to take this matter up further in a legal way as this is very upsetting and this is clearly deformation...… My contact details are ***
