Disgusting Service and Workmanship

Durasec was contracted by our insurance to fix damages as a result of a burst pipes in our walls. From January up to the 20th April they have been on and off site and just simply unable to get the job done properly. We have had tiles done terribly scew that had to be redone, damages to existing fittings that have not been replaced, a shower door left full of paint and messed silicone for us to clean and the best part, our shower is leaking and has been left in this state for us to accept. The ceiling is full of patches because it was never painted properly. Untidy messy work that has been left incomplete. We have had one promise after the next and it is just beyond unacceptable at this stage. The staff are pleasant but honestly not experienced enough or require proper supervision. We have not had use of our main bedroom bathroom for months and have been living in total mess and have had our own jobs compromised as a result of the back and forth from Durasec. We have been more than accommodating but this is quite honestly disgusting.
