Slow feedback

On 29 August a specialist from Duram Paint took a sample from the Roofkote that had been app**** to the roof of my house for analysis, The paint had been on the roof for less than 12 months and was fading badly. Both myself and the company that app**** the paint await their feedback from this analysis, it was apparently sent to their laboratory in Germany. Whilst the paint has a guarantee, three months is an unacceptable delay in them honouring such.
