Quality of paint

I recently painted the entire interior of my house with another brand and had no issues. I then painted one wall navy with Duram and had some issues. Everywhere on the wall, you can see where I did "touch-ups" - so when the light shines on the wall, it looks like a bad paint-job. I didn't have any of these issues with the other brand I used. I'm not wanting to spend more money on paint to repaint the wall. Please advise.
