POOR QUALITY DURAM PAINT PRODUCT AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

On the 3rd September at 11.52am I sent an email to *** complaining about their poor Endure Universal Undercoat. We are small contractors and quality products are important to us. We purchased a 5l from Builders Umgeni Rd Durban about 2 hrs prior to using this product on the morning of the 3rd. When we opened the product we had to stir it again even although it had been already mixed at Builders by their machines. There were little grey flakes from the side of the tin which had peeled off and the undercoat had separated and had to be stirred again despite being mixed. We had to keep on stirring. Not only that, this undercoat is not white as stated on the tin but has a grey tinge to it. A real ******* undercoat. I sent photo's of the paint , the batch number and my purchase receipt along with my email to customercare and no one has bothered to get back to us. Don't use Duram products...it comes back to the old saying..Cheap is not good and good is not cheap!
