Paint with a bad smell

I bought Duram Paint for inside of my house. After painting one room there was a very bad paint smell. It was bad and then we realised it has a ammoniac smell to it. That is surely not normal and after 3weeks still present though to a lesser extend. My problem is: I have NO help from there customer care dept after various calls and e-mails regarding my problem. Just promises from the reps and lady on the reception. Surely this is not good service from a company that wants to do good business? I will understand if there was a problem with the paint but now i am still unsure and cannot support them in future. Sorry! and Help pls.
