Paint causes streaks

The worst paint i have ever used in my life. Got a colour mixed at Builders using a Duram colour swatch. I have app**** four coats and it is still patchy. Have tried a different roller and went as so far as primering the wall again to paint on top of that ans still four coats later and still can see streaks etc. I do not recommend this product at all.
