Money Wasted on Rubish Paint

I bought this paint in April 4X5L at Table View Builders for my paving and my concrete pot plants, and within a short time it already started peeling off. To make matters worse, the leftover paint I kept has spoiled — it’s watery, smells bad, and even developed fungus. Very disappointing! I wish I had read the reviews before buying, because I would not have wasted my money.
