house paint NOT to use - Duram

What must the sales rep do? I've already had a sales rep here from you guys to see when your colors didn't match.. so I hope he is coming with a team of contractors to re-paint the house. I'm not quite sure I understand how a rep is going to solve the problem. The issue here is the quality of your product, it is supposed to cover hair line / minor cracks but instead creates them! So the HUGE problem here is the fact that my entire house has to be painted again. And at whos expense? I used your Armatex product because I was advised by your "reps" that it is such excellexc quality and it is as good as plascon or deluxe. So I took his word on that. Buying your paint wasn't a matter of saving money by any means what so ever. It was based on what was falsfully told to me.

So after a few weeks, Duram got hold of the Mica that sold me the paint and asked them to contact me to resolve the issue. After sending a Duram sales rep to come investigate, he them disappeared and was never heard from again, as well as the rest of the Duram team. They relayed a message via the Mica store that they are not Interested in helping me nor are the concerned about resolving the issue in any way at all. They haven't contacted me or even tried to inform me of anything. So they are more than happy to sell you a product under false pretense that you have the backup and guarantee of a good product, only to run and hide behind their distributors and hope they can fix it/solve it.
This is why the businesses of this country are falling to pieces and dragging the country along with it. There is no service, let alone back up service, nor is their any pride in what they do or sell. Easier to just take take take
