Great Service

<p>I bought 20l Duram wall and ceiling which . After about two months I had to wash the wall as I have a young son who got hand prints on it. Unfortuately the paint came off just using a cloth and water. I contacted Duram and they requested the batch number. the batch number however could not be determined as the lable had printed skew. Duram took it upon themselves to replace the 20l paint and upgrade the product to a that of a higher spec no questions asked.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would have been happy with a replacement of the same product, but these guys have gone above and beyond. Great work!</p>
