I'm keeping it short. I'm not impressed with the rep from Duram paint he always have an excuse why he did not pitch for a appointment and also he makes you wait the whole day and then you have to contact him. He then tells you he was waiting for you to contact him. I have been struggling to get an answer from him /Duram for more than 6 months about the paint that's not to my satisfaction but he always have an excuse. Eventually I got him to get answers but he still made an excuse why he could not do his job. Please if I can warn anyone don't work with Duram or their reps. My experience was very disappointing.
