Excellent Product Quality and Customer Service - Duram Paints

I'm thrilled to update my review after a fantastic experience with Duram Paints! Initially, I had issues with their Roofkote Acrylic Roof Paint and reported it. However, the team at Duram, particularly Jean and Niederer, went above and beyond to resolve the issue.

They personally inspected my palisades and paint, replaced the primer and paint, and ensured everything was perfect. Since applying the new primer and paint, I've had no issues whatsoever.

Their commitment to customer satisfaction is impressive. I'm grateful for their support and look forward to using Duram paint for my roof in November. Highly recommended!
